Cant purchase anything

Its hard to believe that a shopping app would keep wiping my cart clean. Especially after it takes forever to scroll through items linked directly to surprise points offers, because you cant search. And to top it off, when I do attempt to check out it says to sign in for shop your way and the hyperlink does nothing! When Im already logged into the app and looking at MY points I shouldnt have to do anything else.

Also the sweeps arent working. I answer the poll questions then it just goes back to the sweeps screen and says incomplete.
