There are still some bugs here and there but otherwise thats a fantastic app to accumulate rewards! Great to have, a must!

Lots of free rewards and so many ways you can earn money ! I love this app ! I spin my everyday for my points! Make sure you link your credit card as you get points for shopping at other stores also ! Really gave Kmart a nice come back ! I like Sears more than I ever did being that you can earn your points and use them at Sears or Kmart ! I got a $70 shower curtain for $14 ! Thats amazing !!!highly recommended app!i constantly finding amazing deals ! You can also get your own personal shopper too ! I love shop ur way !

One of the best app I have ever used in terms of responsiveness. Never lags! But Its bit difficult to find various options due to not so good human-machine interface design

The app works pretty well, updates are pushed out frequently. My feedback would be to fix the notifications bug. I receive a notification, but wont know what it is unless I check my phone notifications center. Although the badge app number is there within notifications in the app nothing ever appears.

I really like this app. It shows member offers, points, whats in fashion, what other friends are wearing/buying and the filter option is grand. Then theres the fact that its easy to utilize.

It used to. But over the past year I have consistently used the app to load coupons and "rewards" and the apps functionality or KMarts computers are simply useless. I contacted them some time ago and they stated the coupons needed 24 hours to be applied to the account after being loaded. So I started trying to load the coupons well ahead of my visits, which is sort of ridiculous. Still they were not often applied. Occasionally they would be, but rarely. I took my receipt to the service desk, an unnecessary and terrible hassle because unless you get someone who cares about that job not only does it take an inordinate amount of time, but they treat you like you have a problem. That ordeal took 30 minutes to get back $5. On my last visit I spent well over the $50 required to receive rewards points and received nothing (as usual) then I noticed that no coupons had been applied. I spoke to the check out clerk who said that often the added coupons had to be individually scanned. Imagine how time consuming that is when you have some 10 more items. So I hunted down the coupon (the app has no coupon search function so you can look up individual items) and she scanned it only to have the computer say, "this is not a KMart coupon". It refused to accept their coupon from their store app. How utterly useless is that. Not only did it require a manager to come manually give me the discount it made a line of six people wait for ten minutes while the problem was resolved. I think the app is a scam. How many of you users have checked to make certain you are getting the "discounts" that you think you are getting? The Vons app works perfectly. This one is terrible! The final insult, when I contacted them, though they have the receipts demonstrating items I have purchased and they are the ones who put up the coupons on their app, they wanted me to look up the coupons and the receipts and prove I purchased the items before they would make it right. Buyer beware. This app is a come-on bait and switch. In addition when you receive emails from them offering great coupons the emails will not link to the app. You have to log in to your web browser even though you have the app on your phone. And on a recent visit I discovered you may have a coupon offering $1 off if you purchase $5 of pet products and a coupon offering $10 back if you purchase $75 worth of approved products, but you CANNOT use them together even though they are unrelated. So be sure you give them he largest coupon first. If they are loaded to your account none will be applied the app cant handle choosing which to apply.

I landed on the gift on the spin it wheel for 10,000.00 prizes you pick! Didnt get the prize only points. I even had people around me so I wasnt seeing things. This game is a joke and totally unfair!!!!! I contacted them they say I didnt land on the gift. Game is a rip off! Half the time dont even get three points I win. Very frustrated disappointed!

I have had this app on my phone for two years. Its never worked. Its like it has never been updated. Pointless app

I shop at Sears but within the Sears app I can get coupons and use my shop way points also see what I earned. Am I missing something because this app is really just a waste of space. My surprise points I can not never redeem them online or using the app I have to call Sears to use the points.
