I love being able to earn points by playing the instant win games. On average I would say for every 20 times I play, I win something and those are pretty good odds. I would recommend it.

The app wont allow me to click the "get started now" button in any of the sweepstakes so I am unable to participate. Disappointing.

Hasnt worked in a week. Giving 1 star by force not by choice

Its hard to believe that a shopping app would keep wiping my cart clean. Especially after it takes forever to scroll through items linked directly to surprise points offers, because you cant search. And to top it off, when I do attempt to check out it says to sign in for shop your way and the hyperlink does nothing! When Im already logged into the app and looking at MY points I shouldnt have to do anything else. Also the sweeps arent working. I answer the poll questions then it just goes back to the sweeps screen and says incomplete.

Where is the barcode scanner?

Very unorganized and you cant buy anything on an app for a store. Deals and such keep asking for your info and cycle you back to the info page. I get emails of things I earned, but they show up no where in my account. Also it assigned me a name of fname instead of asking for my real name. No wonder these stores are going under!

Get this app its so worth it! Free points and surprise points use the sweeps and the more points you use the more you get! Saved so much money!

Cant add ANYTHING to the cart, kind of ruins the convenience of an app if I still have to go look for what I need in store smh

Cant buy anything unless I use guest check out which defeats the purpose of my points....takes forever to scroll thru items so when it emptied my cart I was too happy. Guess Im headed to store.

Shop Your Way App is well worth downloading and using every time you shop at any location that is on the SHOP YOUR WAY App! Yes, it is a bit difficult to use. It could use some updates on it; but if nothing else pick up the phone and call SHOP YOUR WAY. You will get positive results !

Easy for me to keep track of my points

Your app is not working on iPhones. It is not allowing to add any items in cart. Please fix it!!! -Kumar

Cannot redeem points. Cart keeps getting wiped off. Irrelevant charges for shipping even when it is clearly free.

Its very convenient, especially for someone like myself who just happen to love Sears. Theres still some technical glitches that needs to be fixed tho like when I click on the item in the shopping bag it says "unavailable". And sometimes the app can crash. Other than that I think its convenient and a useful app!

This app has been a total pain from day one. I get about 6+ emails per day and I even turned that off in the app. The same with all the notifications. The offers really arent that good and every time I check free shipping on an order the app changes it over and over again with different amounts! I ended up being charged $16 for shipping because the app changed it on the final order after I tried for close to an hour to keep free shipping checked! As soon as I get a refund this app will be trashed!!!

The most complicated, vexing, tortured rewards program in all of retail. Bury it and start from scratch.

I love this app and it really helps me to keep track of my points, surprise points and coupons. I just wish the rewards tab hadnt been moved from the main tool bar. Please move it back!

Not sure where they are trying to go with this app. But it was a SHOPPING app and some social media app. They moved all the important information where it takes multiple clicks to get to what I really want to see which is my account information, points and coupons. Really? Your not Facebook so stop trying to be like it... I dont like social media so needles to say this app is completely useless to me now.
