Tons of glitches- havent been able to do one activity on it yet this week

I havent used this app very long, however, it has proven to be extremely useful to me thus far.

The app will not allow me to add an item to my cart. Dont bother calling support either, theyll just tell you to email an address that doesnt exist. Useless waste of time.

I worked at Kmart for 4 years and played it daily. Ive never deleted a single sweep until today and I had over 1,000 and never won a single prize nor have I met a single person thats won a prize! This is nothing but a Vegas style plow to gather marketing material. When you do win its mere change! Im over it and wouldnt encourage anyone to waste their time!

I went in on Black Friday to catch some deals. Which I did the guy at the register told me I was pre approved for a sears card and I am now a member. Ive since made 3 other purchases none of which have been added to my account and theres no way to upload receipts or anything very frustrating.

When I go to redeem my points, the only thing I can do with them is get free shipping on items I could get for cheaper on Amazon. This is kind of useless to me and really disappointing. They should make clearer rules and instructions cause I dont know what else the points are useful for other than the free shipping on those items.

Thank you so much for maximizing my savings on such a tight budget for Christmas I feel truly blessed!

I give this website one star I order 7 diferentes items from this place n out of the seven items they sent me 2 wrong things, so now Im either go to the trouble of retiring the stuff or keep them even do Thats not what I order

Since the most recent update it only allows me to access the sweeps with the most prizes.

Awesome! A few things I like: in vehicle pickup/exchange/return, direct communication with sales associates, instant win games (just won $40), easy point management, easy pin look up, coupons, FREE MONEY.

I cant believe how much they have added to this app. I can check my points, enter instant win sweepstakes- that are actually kind of fun, load coupons, see my shopping history going back a decade, aaaaaaaannnd.... it tells me when I have surprise points to cash in! Those are my favorite. I love getting free stuff and Sears pays me to do it. I got a pair of $50 boots that after the sale price, a coupon and then cashing in my surprise points of $15- I paid $2.39 for them. Thats amazing. And I just got another offer today for $8 in points to cash in on a purchase of $8 or more. What?! So seriously awesome. And now I found out they have thousands of rewards partners out there- like groupon- which I adore. This app rocks! Keep the cool innovations coming Sears!

Love reward program. Love the concept and features of app. There has not been one day in which I have been able to use all features in app, most days lucky to use 1/4 of the features. I use SYWR daily. All the $ your saving me I feel I should offer some back for app improvements. Uterrly SUPRISED the lack usability. Wish they would make changes to both app and website!

This is by far the Best app I have ever used for shopping in a store!!! I save so much $$$ because when you buy anything you earn more money back in points. The points accumulate fast and easy too, not like some places where it takes months of shopping every day to earn only like $5. You get random surprise points too!!! Last time I was there shopping I had $30.00 in points that I used in the store, $30.00 off of my purchase!!!! Amazing!!! The best thing about that is I didnt have to do anything to get those points. They were surprise points that I just had in my SYW Rewards. It was kind of tricky to learn how to use the app at first, I still dont know how to do a lot with it but learn as you go

One of the most terrible apps there is if you want to buy something, but then again, the actual website is even worth. At least if you are on an iPad

This app is a mess. Its so hard to navigate through & find what youre looking for. There are all these extra items not sold at Sears or Kmart which I think is annoying. Also the coupon portion (when I finally find it after looking about 10 places first) never scans, so cashier always has to manually enter number, which they are never excited to do. I always feel like Im such as inconvenience to the cashiers at Kmart because I also do separate orders since you cant use more than one coupons. This to me is a dumb rule for Kmart to institute, you must not want people to buy multiple items that you advertise or you really hate your associates because they need to do several separate transactions in order to take advantage of the savings you offer.
